AI marketing: build a workflow you can review

Turn a vague request into a specific task, then check output before using it.

Give the task context

State the audience, objective, approved facts, tone, format and constraints. Example: draft three headlines for a specific offer without adding claims that were not supplied.

Treat output as a draft

Review factual claims, references, brand tone, image suitability and permissions. Ask for revisions against specific criteria instead of using every output automatically.

Protect data and measure effort

Use approved, necessary inputs. Avoid uploading confidential client material without authorisation. Compare time saved with review and correction time to judge whether the workflow helps.

Try it yourself

Write a reusable task prompt with audience, objective, approved facts, format and review checklist. Test it on a non-confidential example and note what needed correction.

Your draft is not sent to a server or saved between visits. Download your copy before leaving.

A short knowledge check

What should happen before publishing an AI draft?
