Prepare a focused input

Describe the audience, goal, offer, channel and constraints. Supply approved product facts and explain what must not be invented. Ask for several different directions with reasons, rather than requesting a generic “viral campaign”.

Keep confidential information out

Use sample or anonymised data when a tool does not need real customer details. Check the tool’s handling of data and your organisation’s rules before sharing client material. Having a file in your workspace does not mean you have permission to publish it.

Review before production

Check each factual claim against a reliable source. Review spelling, offer conditions, image details, readability and the relationship between copy and landing page. For generated visuals, check whether they could be mistaken for a real product, customer result or team photograph.

Save the decision trail

Record the approved brief, useful prompts, final edits and reviewer. Compare the published work with real user feedback. Improve the workflow when errors recur; generating more drafts is not a substitute for a clear review standard.
