Turn a guess into a hypothesis

Write a specific hypothesis: showing the service process may reduce uncertainty compared with showing only the final design. Choose a main outcome such as qualified quote requests. Keep a record of the audience, offer and time period so the comparison has context.

Change one main idea

Create two concepts that differ in their core message. If the offer, audience, landing page and format all change at once, you cannot tell what caused the difference. Prepare captions and readable text for mobile viewing, and check that the promise matches the landing page.

Look beyond attention

Video views and reactions show attention. Requests, qualified conversations and sales answer different questions. Review the entire path and ask the sales team what people misunderstood. A creative can generate cheap clicks but unsuitable enquiries.

Use enough evidence

Decide the test design and decision rule before launch. A small number of conversions cannot support a confident winner. If traffic is limited, use customer interviews and usability sessions to improve clarity, then collect more campaign evidence.
